breaking the top 20 in my company

lucky #19.

last week we had a call with our company leaders and I found out that I am the #19 top income earner in our entire company 😭🙏🏽. shoutout to my incredible team bc that’s 𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒚𝒐𝒖.

I’ve debated even sharing this, for many reasons, but today I saw this memory pop up on my FB (swipe to see) of an old Live I did 5 years ago when I was working my past business.

you can see the nervousness in my face and hear the resistance in my voice. we all start somewhere, and 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕’𝒔 what my beginning looked like.

the truth is I started this business 3.5 years ago and I started at zero. I was scared. I left an old career behind. I was worried what people would think. I felt the weight of starting something from the ground up, and I had no idea if I would succeed.

but I started anyways...

and I was determined to invest 3-5 years in this business to really be able to say that I gave it a shot.

I’ve had hard days.

I’ve had slow months.

I’ve had a lot of no’s.

I’ve been afraid and overwhelmed.

I’ve felt like I was “failing.”

I’ve had to overcome my ego again and again.

& you know what?

I kept going...

I committed to my growth.

I refused to let my circumstances determine my future.

and I decided that if someone else could do it, then so could I.

I’m just a girl who grew up in a farm town in Pennsylvania, who decided to believe in herself and dream big.

don’t compare your chapter 1 to someone else’s chapter 10, but do start visualizing where you could be in 5 years if you started today. you could blow your own damn mind.
